My Version chats to stars and people of influence to give a glimpse into their time as a teen and see the things they are currently obsessed with!

Say hello to Kiwi popstar, PRINS.

Obsessed RN.

Currently bingeing:

Nothing! I don’t watch TV, Netflix or anything!

Song on repeat:

Currently: One Eye Open - Mimi Webb.

Favourite Insta account to follow:

@ninachuba

Must have beauty product:

NARS foundation.

The item of clothing I’m definitely over wearing:

My Adidas Nizza Hi trainers - I’m obsessed with them.

Currently reading:

No books but does Babbel count? I’m learning French.

Snacking on:

Way too many chocolates in catering.

Can’t stop watching on TikTok:

Anything @Griff does!

Dreaming of:

Touring arenas around the world.

Next place on the list to travel to:

Travelling to Stockholm today for the first time and very excited about it!

I’m currently inspired by:

Tate McRae & Nina Chuba.

My favourite way to relax is:

Walking and listening to music.

I stay healthy by:

Going to the gym, walking - a lot! And eating healthy meals.

When I was younger…

One thing I love about Gen-Z is:

Their creative adaption to digital trends and the way they reject societal normals. Gen-Z meme culture is elite.

If I could give my teenage self one bit of advice, what would it be:

Make sure you surround yourself with good people who really care about you!

My favourite part of being a teenager was:

Being involved in so many things! Dancing, swimming, waterpolo and sooo many extra curricular activities. I love being busy!

My first job was:

Technically I emptied rubbish bins after school with the caretaker at my old primary school (Freyberg Primary in Te Atatu South). I was saving up spending money to go on my first overseas exchange programme to Singapore and Japan.

My dream job as a teen was:

I think I always wanted to be a dancer or at least performing in some way - funny that!

Best piece of advice I ever received as a teen was:

To be myself! Don’t change to fit in.

My biggest fashion faux-pas was:

Jeggings ugh!

My biggest inspiration was:

Maybe Taylor Swift when I was younger, apart from that I didn’t really have idols or super inspiring people I looked up to. I’ve sort of always been in my own world :)
